You need to call Sage BusinessWorks Customer Account Manager at 1-800-854-3415 ext 111163 and get on a current plan before upgrading if you are not on a current plan.

Yes, you will need to upgrade to the current version of the software, to be in both a supported version and operating system.  You will need to be on a current support plan to download the current version V2023.  To reach our sales team you can call 1-800-854-3415 and select option #2 for Sales.

You are correct.  The customer will need to be on a current support plan to get the current downloads.  Since our sales team is divided by regions, I would recommend to reach our sales team you can call 1-800-854-3415 and select option #2 for Sales.
