Income Statements

Question

I am trying to run my income statement and it is not capturing all the deposits that are going in. However I have successfully reconciled the account but the GL is off. 
 
 What am I doing wrong?

Hi Carolyn- 
 Is this still an issue for you? I believe this relates to the issue we spoke about last week during our call back appointment. It related to items that are imported in through a journal entry and how they post and update your accounts. Then we discuss how to review the account detail for the accounts.
