Automatic Payroll Calculation

Question

Business Works appears to get locked up when I try to run the Automatic Payroll Calculation. Other features seem to be fine. All timecards are entered.

 It sounds like you may have a Blank Employee ID. 
 See this article on how to resolve if you have a blank employee ID: 
 
 Payroll time cards are not calculating, month-end close does not complete when blank employee ID exists
