I need help with my login and password. My old IT company is making it difficult to gain access to my login and password. I was wondering if there was a way to reset my information on the server. Any help would be appreciated!

In our system, the DBRegister does not have a login or password. If you are receiving a message when in DBRegister asking for your Administrator login, then your network is looking to authenticate your user rights to this file on the server by entering your network’s administrator login and password.
