Paya Update Failed

Question

Yesterday we had a pop-up that said a Paya update was available. We updated and it failed during the process. After it failed, we tried a few times to process the update and it failed each time. Upon restarting the program we are now unable to retrieve stored credit card numbers. The numbers are now all hidden except the last four digits. I am not sure if it is something on our side or an issue with the Paya side. We do not use Paya for transactions, just the vault for retrieving stored credit cards.

Unfortunately, at this time there has been no update from PAYA. Although there has not been an updates, there is a Knowledgebase article (link below) if you want to follow the article for any future updates or changes. 
 Credit card #s in the Paya Vault are encrypted

 Paya is aware of an issue with their latest update causing the credit card numbers to display encrypted even in the Vault. They are currently working on a solution. At this time there is no resolution. If you need the credit card information, you will need to get the information from the customer again. Paya will resolve the problem as soon as they are able.
