I am the owner of a small business that relies on Sage BusinessWorks 2012 for our accounting. We are seeking an experienced BusinessWorks consultant to assist with two critical tasks:

  1. Removing Inaccurate Bank Accounts: Several closed bank accounts still display balances, skewing our reports. We need your expertise to permanently remove or hide these accounts and ensure data accuracy.
  2. Matching QuickBooks Reports: Our external accountant uses QuickBooks while we use BusinessWorks. Can you help bridge this gap by creating matching balance sheets and income statements in BusinessWorks that reflect the data from our QuickBooks reports?

    Thank you for your prompt response. I've checked my spam folder, but unfortunately, I couldn't find your email from 12/30/2023. To ensure we don't encounter further email issues, I'll resend my previous email using my Gmail account. This might help in case there are any filtering issues with my company email.

    Could you please confirm if you're able to receive emails at my Gmail address? Once confirmed, I would appreciate it if you could forward your previous response to this Gmail account.

    Good morning James,

    All of your emails have arrived safely into my inbox.  I replied to your last email from my gmail account, and also forwarded my original email.  If you have not received these, please check your spam folder.  Another suggestion is to add my email account to your contact list, which may allow  my emails to flow through. 

    It's also possible that they are hung up on your mail server, if they did not reach your spam folder.  Some IT providers put strict locks emails.  If you have not received my emails, please feel free to call me at 714.313.1473, anytime after 11:00 am your time, which is 8:00 am my time.
