Can you please provide the name of the report you are running when you receive the error message?

Payroll Register by Employee ID.  

I tested this report and have not received any errors.  Please go to Start and search database update and ensure that the System (BWSystem1400) database does not need to be updated.  If that doesn't resolve the issue please contact support by selecting the Live Chat option in the program.

I'm having the issue, also.

I was able to correct the error by installing SP 17 on all of the workstations.  You can't just install it on the server, even if you are running previous service packs of 2021.

I tested the report on the server without errors, so decided to try installing SP 17 on one of the workstations to see what that would do.  I was able to run the Automatic Payroll Calculation.  Please let the engineers know that we still need to install SP 17 on ALL the workstations, not just the server, even if other service packs for 2021 have been installed.  Thanks Kim!
