Sage BusinessWorks does not track users and what transactions they posted.  Some transactions are tracked in the Audit Report (Utilities, Audit Report)

The audit report displays the following information:

• The Audit Report records when a customer (part, vendor, or employee was added, deleted or renamed (and by which user ID)
• When a sales order has been deleted
• When a month end close started and ended
• When a module is put into SETUP mode
• When a rebuild has been performed on a module

GL Journal report is close but it does not include USERsIDs/Names etc

Do you have a case of the "IT WASN'T ME" ? and just need the evidence

1. Under Quick Links select Submit an idea
2. Sign in using the link in the top left corner
3. Click Add a New Idea and fill in the required fields
