From time to time, you may experience a stranded task in your system that is preventing you from performing a task that requires exclusive rights.  If you are experiencing that issue, then there are steps to clear a stranded task that I have enclosed below.  Prior to performing these steps, please make sure everyone has logged out of BusinessWorks program.  You do not want to perform these steps if users are actively posting to the program, as it may interrupt their posting and cause problems with the data.
