Codebase Error

I am getting Codebase Error, Error #:-200, Error#: 83805, File is not a Data File, database corruption detected  when I try to run quarterly reports through the Enhanced Tax Reporting.

What do I need to do to fix the error?

    Serena-

    This may be an issue with your security, specifically with Trend Micro.

    1. Trend Micro is installed
      1. Turn off Trend Micro security when accessing Enhanced Tax Reporting
      2. Process the reports and forms using Enhanced Tax Reporting
      3. Turn on Trend Micro security when finishing processing in Enhanced Tax Reporting
