Error message is as follows...

Unable to start the application OLE Server.

Unknown Error.)

We use BW primarily in terminal services. Only one user is getting this error (he's been away a few days - was working fine before he left) and everybody else is having no issues. He can connect on the same machine in the regular Windows client - just not in a TS session.

Any ideas?
