Upgrade from BW2012 to BW2013

Before installation the programs warns me that all credit card data will be lost. But in the upgrade instructions it says that the data will only be lost if I don't run the Sage Exchange update within 30 days. Anybody know which of these statements is correct? We are running BW2012 SP10 with Sage Exchange in a client/server configuration.

    If you are upgrading from v2011 or prior it will remove the credit card information from the customers and create a file.  You have 30 days from the conversion date to create a sage exchange account and upload the credit cards.  

    Since you are already on a version higher than 2011 the credit cards will remain in the Sage Exchange vault.
