One client with BW can not do Debit Memos

I have a computer where I get 'Field type not supported for xml' when trying to perform a Debit Memo tran. I have already tried re-installing BW 2011 twice and also gave my windows xp acct, administrators access but to no avail. Does anybody have an idea what's wrong with this one client computer? The debit memo tran works fine on our other client computers.

    Before trying the following please consult your IT professional:

    A program installed a different version of midas.dll, or there are multiple copies of this file. Register the file to resolve the issue:

    1.On the Windows Start menu, click Run.

    2.Type regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\midas.dll

    3.Click OK.

    Also, Sage BusinessWorks version 2011 is no longer supported. Current supported versions are 2012 and 2013. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Customer Support.
