several errors on database connection

After a few days ago our workstartions frozen after 2-3 minutes , and came up errors about database connection , such this ones:

Unable to get Database Names count

(7004: Failes to connect to the named server and/or database)

And derive to others following errors

Failure to open Table function

(Status: 3112 on ICF(futureUpdate) unkbown error

Could you please some one , give me some ideas whats is happening and how resolve the problem?

    Generally these errors relate to something environmental in your netwrok - either something is blocking you (virus scanner, firewall, etc..) or you are loosing connection to your server. I would suggest reviewing resolutions:
    ID:18774 Error: "Btrieve Status 7004: Failed to connect to database engine..."

    ID:17800 Error: "Status 3006, 7033 or 3112"

    If you continue to have issues after review the steps in the resolutions above, I would recommend calling support at 800-447-5700.
