I am trying to create a custom export for a specific customer who needs a backorder report sent weekly.  All it exports to excel though is a future order (one that we need to ship in about a month).  They do have some open orders that were partially filled, but these won't pull up.  Not sure what I am doing wrong. 

When I went to the "Set" page of the custom exports, for the field name I selected this particular customer.The I selected "0" for the sales order status which I assume means open orders.  Don't know what I could be missing.  Thanks.
