We would like to assist you with this issue, but we need specifics, i.e. what are your issues? You may find it more beneficial to contact Customer Support at 800-447-5700, option 3 to speak with a support analyst. Also, General Ledger reports can be opened in Excel from the report preview screen in Sage BusinessWorks version 2012, 2013 and 2015.

I called support and they suggested Sage City for talking with a consultant. We are also experienced BusinessWorks resellers but haven't worked with Custom Office to any extent. I have figured out the Gen Ledger, no problem. But having issues with A/P Aging reports and A/R reports. Also customer wants to create some inventory reports which are specialized.

I've worked with BW and custom office for 10+ years, I'm not a developer or consultant.

To me the Inventory module is the simplist to wrap my brain around.

My primary job is warehousing (shipping & receiving) but I have a understanding of the database & tables.

This week I created an ODBC connection in Excel 2010 and extracted our Customers special pricing including access to the VendorIDs and ProductlineIDs.  

PMB,  I would see if Sage University has a BW class on CUSTOM OFFICE.  I took it many years ago.
