Invoice Reprinting

We've been using BW for years. A new employee accidentally flagged TASK0009 as a virus and I had to manually restore it to the server. After the restore, the "reprint invoice" feature started working again, but now I noticed that only one person can use it at a time. When a second user tries to access the module, it says that the task is an exclusive option and that the user must wait for the other person to finish.

My question - was the reprint invoice module always an exclusive task because I have never noticed this before? Or did the employee screw up something I'm not noticing?

    one possibility is the rights were restores incorrectly to the file and it is not "shared" correctly

    workstation antivirus software should be setup to explicitly exclude your shared SAGE folder and sub folders - databases and antivirus software have know problems (i.e. corruption can occur), and run antivirus/malware on the server just on the EXE files in the Sage folder and exclude sub folders (the databases). this way your users will not be flagging TASKxxx.exe as virus, the Admin will have the responsibility.
