How to prepare for the ACA now and in the future

In 2015, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) brings more changes.

On top of all of the political debates surrounding the health care reform, in 2015 the ACA will require any employer with 50 or more employees to report "minimal essential coverage" under employer-sponsored group health plans to the government and notify employees covered by those plans.

Because new reporting requirements and the consequences of recent elections raise so many questions for employers, Sage is teaming up with BenefitMall, a leader in benefits solutions and services, to provide answers during an upcoming complimentary webcast.

Tuesday, December 9 at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT for A look ahead: Preparing for the ACA in 2015 and beyond.

This webcast will explore the ACA's first-year roll out, the outlook for the individual and small group exchanges, and the evolving political background, including:

  • How do the first-year results compare with initial goals?
  • Where does public opinion stand on the ACA?
  • What legislative and/or executive action changes are being proposed>?
  • How are the midterm elections staking up?
  • How will these election outcomes influence the ACA going forward?

The webcast will also answer questions about complying with ACA regulations, like these:

  • What business are required to insure full-time employees?
  • What does "pay or play" mean?
  • What are the reporting requirements, and what are the new forms?
  • What information must be reported to employees?
  • What is the 'simplified option" for employer reporting, and how is it different?

Can't make the webcast on December 9?

We're offering another webcast on December 11, 2014, at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT for those who missed our original event.
