Upgrade to version 14.1

Easier, more secure payment processingEnter your check or credit card payment details one time and the payment will be processed in and Sage Payment Solutions where it can be linked to cash receipts in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Process check and credit card transactions without storing your customers’ sensitive card information in your system, protecting you from exposure to non-compliance penalties and credit card fraud.

Upgrade to version 13.1

Get timely, customizable visibility to the information you need—Use the Executive Dashboard to understand how healthy your business is and make better business decisions, without having to access Sage 300 Construction.

Reduce time spent on certified reportingIf you perform work on government funded construction projects in a state that does not accept the Department of Labor WH-347 federal certified report, you can generate, print and have the option of e-filing the state’s weekly certified report forms using information in your Sage 300 Construction system. 

Keeping up with the latest operating systems, software—Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate is now compatible with Microsoft Windows® 8 and Server® 2012 operating systems, and with version 11 of Pervasive.

Be more efficient—Simplify everyday tasks with easier data entry and screen resizing. Send invoices and inventory costs directly to Job Cost and Accounts Payable, eliminating the previously required manual Import routine.

Sharing information across systems, made easy- When you're in an Inquiry, you can now copy all of your information, including headings, into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can also drag and drop Microsoft Outlook emails and their attachments into any attachment window within Sage 300 Construction. Sage Office Connector report templates can be added to the Sage 300 Construction Report Menu, providing easier access and an improved method for viewing and working with your data in Excel.
