HELP! I'm locked out and I can't get in!!!

Have you ever had a power outage while processing Payroll? Someone bump your power cord while entering Accounts Payable invoices? If you have, then you have seen some variation of "Error: [Record or File] in use" message. These messages have many  variations however the main reason behind them is a user was trying to record data and was forced out of the system.

Anytime these messages come up, be sure to take the time and survey your office to determine who may have caused the error. This user will want to double check their entries once the locked files have been released from the server.
