- Error: "You must have Sage Timberline Office [version x] Accounting installed before you can apply this update. Please install Sage timberline Office [version x] Accounting and then run this update again"
- This message is specific to users running any revision of 13.1 and attempting to apply the Accounting Update 9. Article 55020 outlines the steps to resolve the issue.
