How to contact Sage customer support
As a Sage customer on an active Sage Business Care plan, you have the following options for contacting customer support and service during standard business hours:
As a Sage customer on an active Sage Business Care plan, you have the following options for contacting customer support and service during standard business hours:
- Call our toll-free support line if you have both Sage Service Operations and
- Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, dial 1-800-551-8307 and select option 4 followed by option 1.
- Sage 100 Contractor, dial 1-800-866-8049 and select option 4 followed by option 3.
- Contact us by email at [email protected].
- Find your answer or submit a support case in the Sage Knowledgebase / Customer Portal (login required).
- Type your question in the search field in the middle of the window to find your answer in the Knowledgebase.
- Submit a customer support case by clicking on the cases button on the right hand side.
- Outside of standard business hours, contact [email protected] for urgent issues.
