• You can now archive Payroll successfully when the server only has Database Administration installed.

US Edition

• State tax table changes for the following states:
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts (State and County)
  • North Dakota
• Updated calculation method available for the Colorado FAMLI calculation to use gross wages instead of taxable wages
• Updated 5-1-11 Certified Payroll report for Washington state that shows correct premium hours and pay
• New custom report that shows exempt overtime hours and wages for employers with Alabama employees
• New custom report that shows required Equal Pay Registration Certificate (EPRC) data for Illinois employers

Canada Edition

• You will no longer receive an error when you run a payroll audit for the previous year
• You will no longer receive an error when you run the 4-1-1-61 T5018 Report

If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.

Download the update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

1. Click the link below to download and install the update:
   Download Sage 100 Contractor 2023 (SQL) version 25.3
2. If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log in. If a previously viewed article displays, search for knowledgebase ID 119854.
   Tip: If you installed Sage Advisor Update, you can download v25.3 directly using that application.
