Sage 100 Version 20 yearend update

2 Customers unable to print after installing the yearend update.  Error message states that the "Settings to access the .... printer are not valid".  Found nothing recent on the KB.  Any ideas?

    Per Sage 3rd level of support:

    This is known issue for any Remote Desktop connection with version 20.7. At this time there is no fix. They have their “brightest and best” working on the issue but until then they recommend not upgrading anyone using remote desktop to access sage. They hope to have a fix sometime next week.
