Per Sage 3rd level of support:
This is known issue for any Remote Desktop connection with version 20.7. At this time there is no fix. They have their “brightest and best” working on the issue but until then they recommend not upgrading anyone using remote desktop to access sage. They hope to have a fix sometime next week.

No KB or software alert has been issued by Sage.
KB 88337 has published for this issue. There is currently no solution or workaround, but our Development team is working on it.
I have not been able to pull that article up in the KB. Please advise.
