Hi Michael,

Departments are pulled from the Employee Position.   You select the Position in the 5-2-1 window but Positions are actually created in the 5-3-3 window.

-ll of the positions and departments in 5-3-3 read correctly. In 5-2-1 he is set correctly in the "position" selection. , Yet is show the incorrect department on the 'general information" tab of 5-2-1.

It sounds like you have one of the UserDef1 fields renamed. If you are logged in with Company Admin rights you can press F7 to view the Field Properties.   If that's not the case, please email me a picture of your 5-2-1 window to [email protected].
