I believe you meant this for Sage 100 Contractor instead of this group. I will attempt to move it to that group.
Yes there is a warning about this and instructions that you needed to copy your exact registration info from the license admin to a text file so you could copy it back after installation. IT people rarely read instructions. You would be better served by assigning someone in your organization to be responsible for Sage updates or contact your Sage certified consultant.
If you have your original welcome to Sage email you will find your Sage ID and name as you need it. It is punctuation sensitive
Look on the email you received that announced V21.1. I believe your ID info is in the body of that email (at least it was for another customer of mine).
