I don't know if this is where this is suppose to be posted, but here goes

Receiving the following when trying to print using Sage 100  Contractor PDF Export - Sage 100 Contractor PDF Export results in  printer is not activated message

Have tried to reinstall the printers using this https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=24875&sliceId=1, but it did not work.

The machine having the problem is running Win 10 Professional and Sage 100 2014, also it looks like this problem has been ongoing for some time.
