How do we fix this error when printing from 5-2 and a similar error when printing from 6-3?

This could be due to invalid data in one of the fields for the records being reported on. Please contact Sage Support for further troubleshooting and remote assistance. You can open a ticket by clicking the Live Chat button in the lower left corner of the software.

I noticed you opened a support ticket in chat regarding this issue and provided some additional details. Based on what you said about this only affecting one user, I can suggest some possible options:
- Damaged user defaults: go to 7-2-2, click Copy User Defaults, on the left select a login that is not getting the error, on the right select the one that is, and copy; if this does not resolve, you may need to create a new login for this user
- If their O/S is Windows 10 version 1903, then install latest windows updates
- If their system date format is using dashes (i.e., 02-26-2020), change to a format uses forward slashes (02/20/2019) - close Sage before changing and reopen after
- Less common: if they are using a custom report or report form, have them try using the standard report and/or report form
