We lost access to Sage module Service Receivables when updates were applied at year end, cannot get into the module at all, message says we do not have and would need to buy, again, we have had the module for 5 or 6 years. 

how do we regain access to the module

our IT company applied the update and we closed and archived the 2021 payroll so processing could start on 2022.  Went to add a service work order in Service Receivables, and the module no longer available
