I need to import a CSV of Customer data. Online help is useless. Has anyone done this?

We bought Sage 100 STANDARD and need to import Customer data so that we can create jobs and record time.  There is no obvious way to import a CSV of Customer data.  The online help says to GO TO CONTACTS.  There is no CONTACTS option.

Specifically I went to this page and none of it makes any sense.  Sage 100 Standard does not have these options anywhere I can find.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you buy Sage 100, or Sage 100 Contractor?  It makes a difference as they are completely different software. 

    I cannot speak for Sage 100 (which is an ERP program)

    Sage 100 contractor does not import csv files without an importer tool.  You certified consultant can help you with this.

    I am new to Sage reporting and was hoping you could help point me in the right direction for any materials that would be good for me to read or watch to learn what is available for me utilize in reporting for my new company (instructions on how to maneuver in the system). I have seen you reply to several questions and thought you would be someone good to ask that question to. There isn't any local resources and several things I have been asked for have already streched my time in researching. My company is using Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

    HI Stephen  I think you want to post this directly in the Sage 300 section.  It is entirely different than the Sage 100 Contractor I consult for.  Sorry Slight smile
