Dashboard A/P totals not the same as the A/P Aging report

Question

When I add up the up the Due in 30 Days, Overdue 1-30 and Overdue >30 columns of the Payables Aging on the dashboard, that total is over $200,000 less than the Current and 1-30 columns total in the AP Invoice Aging report run through 4-3. The total of these two came to the same number a couple of weeks ago. Why am I missing so much in the dashboard?

Run the landscape version of the aging, not portrait. Is it the amount in the retention column? The portrait version combines retention and current which makes no sense. I rarely use the portrait version of any report because the landscape always has at least one extra useful column. 
 If its not the retention you may have something else going on. 
 Run a GL audit repair to make sure there are not any issues at 1-6. You have to be logged in with co admin rights and exclusive access.
