ExakTime does have basic equipment tracking. However, ET does not export equipment time to the Equipment module - it only exports employee time to the payroll module.

Reporting on equipment from ET is limited. There are two basic equipment reports available in ET.

1) Equipment By Employee displays hours each equipment item was used, broken out by employee.
2) Equipment By Location displays hours each equipment item was used, broken down by location.

If your team needs great tracking on employees and equipment, I encourage your team to also look at Sage Field Operations. SFO allows you to schedule equipment in the dispatch board and track it on an employee punch as well.

Equipment use tracking is imported to daily payroll just like payroll does. When processed it creates the equipment job cost records and revenue. 

Char - We have never had the luxury of equipment importing into daily payroll from Exaktime.  Only payroll.  Can we get a little more information from you on how this occurs?
