it took me a few times to get this right. I think it’s still kind of in beta form. I stopped using it because it did not work with some of my guys android phones. There’s no way to fix it so it didn’t work for me. I don’t have an answer for you, on the issue you’re having but just a thought if your employees are using an android phone, it probably will not work

It was as I had figured. Multi-Factor authentication was a default policy applied to AAD during setup. Microsoft does not make it easy, but once disabled the install went through just fine.

I did hear about android phones not working, I am still interested in seeing how it works, even if half my guys could enter time it would take that burden off myself.
