Sage Contractor 100 and Certified payroll reports for WISDOT ecomply

SUGGESTED

I need to upload Sage Contractor 100 Certified Payroll Reports on a weekly basis to the WISDOT EComply for certified payroll reporting.  Before doing so, my Sage Contractor 100 software must be reviewed and approved by  WISDOT Civil Compliance.  To begin the review and approval process through WISDOT Civil Compliance I have been asked to email a certified payroll report with either a .xml or .csv extension.  Question 1: is anyone in the Sage Contractor 100 community uploading Certified Payroll Reports through WISDOT Ecomply  and if so, what is the process to get Sage Contractor 100 approved for certified payroll report submissions; and Question 2: how and where do I convert a Sage Contractor 100 payroll report to an .xml or .csv file.  The WISDOT does not want a pdf file.  Thanks for any assistance you may offer.  Karen

Pam Schulz writes a custom report from Sage that you can upload to LCP Tracker.  LCP Tracker will then allow you to download an XML file.  Or you can submit your 5-1-11 Certified Reports through Aatrix who then e-files them to the CA DIR.  Sage does not offer a csv or xml version of any of the certified payroll reports.  An honestly it seems ridiculous that WISDOT needs to "approve" a file of that type.

Thanks for your response.  The Wisconsin DOT utilizes a construction compliance program for Certified Payroll Reports and other compliance reports through a software program provided through Hill International. If I am understanding the process with the Wisconsin DOT Contractor Compliance each construction contractor must submit a sample payroll report from their respective accounting system to be mapped in order to make sure each accounting system integrates with the WisDOT software program.  Otherwise, if my Sage 100 Contractor software is not compatible, I will need to manually enter weekly payrolls to WisDOT (I am essentially preparing the reports twice, once with Sage when I process payroll and then again, when I manually submit to the WisDOT).

The good news is the 5-1-6 report will provide the values you need to enter in WISDOT
