Can I customize workstations for user's preferences? Specifically, can I set up a workstation so that the TAB key is the key that moves through a data screen and saves the information? Currently, all of our workstations use the ENTER key.

Not that I am aware of.
But we are not QuickBooks (which is what uses the TAB key). I tell users to sit on their left had for a week to force them to use the enter key. Then Sage will walk you through all of the fields you need in the order you need to do them in order to pull up defaults based on other data in the system.

Several years ago Sage began allowing the tab key to move through various grids (tab would always move through headers - in addition to the enter key). Most of the grids now work that way....but not all.
