Hello all....
I am receiving this error once every few days on every workstation.
I have to restart the server and everything is fine. It usually does it in the middle of the night.
We recently installed a new server.
Any ideas?

Hi West Coast Wiring ,
Thanks for reaching out. This issue often occurs due to corrupted SQL or Windows Authentication logins or a mismatch in versions between workstations and the server.
Here are a couple of solutions to try:
SQL or Windows Authentication login: On the server, use Database Administration to remove and recreate the SQL Server Login for the affected user. Make sure to add the user back as a Company Administrator for each relevant company.
Version Consistency: Ensure that all workstations and the server are running the same version of Sage 100 Contractor. If not, uninstall and reinstall the same version on the workstation as is on the server.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you might need to refer to the 'How to fix a Broken Login in Sage 100 Contractor SQL' article for detailed instructions.
Should you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team via chat.
Warm Regards,
Erzsi
Erzsi,
I tried everything. You were right that the server had a older version. I updated and checked all the other machines and they are all running the same version now.
Unfortunately the same thing happens.
It only happens once in a while but on every machine. When I restart the server they all work again for a day or two.
Thanks, John.
