Are you in the payroll archive? 1099s are now run from the main company database
We found a solution. I was selecting to truncate the SSN and instead I selected print the entire SSN and that fixed the problem. There is probably a bug in the trucation version. Happy at least to get them done. Thanks for the feedback. Kathy
Kathy - thank you for sharing this and your solution. We will took a look for a potential issue with either our software or Aatrix.
I've done several 1099s this week and truncated all of them, so not sure why you had that problem
