Hi SYoungAdmin. In Sage 100 Contractor, click on the Home & Resources tab at the top, then select Submit Product Idea. After doing a quick registration, you can search to see if others have submitted the same idea and vote on it, or you can create a new idea. Please be as specific as possible with your description and business needs for the request.

But I tell all my clients to use a generic email for collecting AR or AP, and then the IT company can set up those emails to forward to anyone they need to.  It should be their responsibility, not all of their clients to keep track of the multiple emails

Along with accessing the ideas area via the product, you can also submit ideas via these direct links (which can also be accessed under the Quicklinks section on the group home page).
