Hello Chris. It sounds like the NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM account is not a SQL admin, which it must be in order to run the nightly maintenance task. To make the account an admin:

1. Log into Database Administration on the server

2. Go to Company Admins/SQL Logins, then Modify SQL Server Administrators

3. Check the NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM account

4. Click the Update sysadmins button

FYI, that account is automatically made a SQL admin in versions 25.2 and later

Make sure there is enough space on your disk drive.  If you have a few years worth of company archives, they can start taking up a lot of space.

And you definitely don't need to keep 2 weeks of backups for an archive company that you haven't changed in years
