we recently loaded sage MB on 2 new pc;s in the office and now we are unable to connect them to outlook to email reports.  I have looked all over for documentation and can't find anything,  any suggestions.

    Here are the steps to resolve - do this on both machines:

    - Close Master Builder

    - Click your Windows Start button, then click Devices and Printers

    - Locate the Master Builder PDF Export printer

    - Right-click on it, select ‘Master Builder PDF Export’ (if the option appears), then select ‘Printer properties’

    - Click the Ports tab

    - Click Add Port

    - Select ‘Local Port’

    - Click New Port

    - Name the port ‘null’ (without quotes) and click OK

    - Click Close

    - The ‘null’ port should be checked in the list now

    - Click Apply, then Close

    - Click Your Windows Start button again, then type the word “services” in the Search box, then click Services at the top of the menu

    - When the Services window open, scroll down and find the Print Spooler service

    - Right-click on this service and select Restart

    - Reopen Master Builder and test printing to PDF

    Test sending a report through Outlook and please post back if this process resolves the issue.
