19.2 upgrade: "unable to display registration and license information"

I can't change my license server to the IP address or the Server name!!  Tells me license server 127.0.0.1 is not available (don't even recognize that number) or the license server is not open for communication on port number 48750...

Can't figure this out --

Running Windows Home Server 2011 -- never had a problem w/license server updates on any of the 16, 17, or 18.x versions I've run on this server.

Help! -- I have to run payroll by Friday morning.

On our server: Our service name is not 1.0, it is 1.2. Do I remove the Sage 100 2013 and 2014 as stated in the instructions? And if so, what do I rename the hosting framework to? 1.0?

i did remove 2013 and 2014 both -- as well as the old MB 17 that was still there!  I renamed my file to end with " .old".

I think you should do something like that & that way the new install will be starting fresh, not trying to overwrite anything else....

    hope this helps.

I have forwarded this out to several folks who have e-mailed me directly -- they are unable to access the knowledge base - or find this with ease.  So, I'm posting what was sent to me here!!

It was sent to me by Justin w/Sage.
