there several different knowledgebase articles for that error message in our customer portal that may provide further assistance. Please follow these instructions to log into the portal:

• Go to support.na.sage.com then click on [Login] on the right hand side.

• Log in with your registered customer portal (this login will be linked to your customer account information to verify your active support plan)

• Once logged in, select your "Sage 100 Contractor" product on the left hand pane.

Search the Sage 100 Contractor knowledgebase for your error message.
