I currently have a job is set up in Sage 3 - 5, I want to know if there is a way to limit who can access or view this one particular job?
Ah there really isn't a Sage 3 - 5. Could it be Sage 100 or 300 or 500?
Sorry for the confusion, I'm using Sage 100, the 3-5 referenced the system menu.
So you are on v3.5? But to answer your question, if they have access to Job Cost then they can access any job.

Laurie, just to confirm... Are you using Sage 100 ERP with Job Cost, or Sage 100 Contractor? The naming system gets very confusing for these. The Sage 100 Contractor forum is here: sagecity.na.sage.com/.../41.aspx
