Does anyone know if there is a way I can compare these two fields to make sure they match?

Our Work Order # in Service management would be set up as 181234. We set up the Job in Job Cost with the same numbers but with a dash after the one. Example, 1-81234.

We often have input errors for the Job field for Job Cost in service management, resulting in time being send to the wrong job in job cost.

When we input time we try to double check to make sure the correct job number is in both places. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way for us to compare these two fields? I was thinking of setting up a report to compare them. I'm am pretty good with Report Designer and Inquiry Designer. Still learning with Crystal Reports. Don't know if there is a way to get SM fields with Report Designer.
