Ordinal 14574 could not be located

I have a client who suddenly gets the following error message when launching Estimating Standard (or any other program in the Sage 300 CRE package):

The ordinal 14574 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Shared\tsCommon.dll

It is on Windows 10 Pro and it was working fine at first, then one morning he tried to open it and this message popped up.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, disabling AV, launching in compatibility mode.  This same program works fine on the other Windows 10 computers in the office.  He also has Sage 100 installed and it's working fine.

Anyone have any solutions to this?

    The problem (for me, at least) was one of the old versions of Visual C++. Uninstalling and reinstalling it fixed the problem. I was on the phone with tech support while they were accessing the computer. He uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of the old versions at the same time before rebooting (so I don't know exactly which version had the problem), and after rebooting it was working again. He reinstalled them from the original installation media.
