Aatrix won't file my form 940. It pulled in a negative .02 for the 4th Quarter 2016.

Aatrix  pulled in a negative .02 for the 4th Quarter 2016 on my 940.  It won't let me file with a negative number there, and it won't let me edit the 4th quarter.  Any advice on how to correct? It says to update information in my accounting/payroll software.

    All the information is passed to the form from your payroll history. Per the 940 instructions the form will not let you edit the 4th Quarter amount as it's a calclualtion of Line 17 (which comes from Line 8 on Page 1) which subtracts Line 16a (1st Quarter), Line 16b (2nd Quarter), Line 16c (3rd Quarter). So in order to edit Line 16d (4th Quarter) you have to adjust Lines 16a-16c, and then Line 16d will recalculate.
