AP-Reports-Miscellaneous-1099 Preparation

I need this as well. The 1099 prep reports only give vendors selected for 1099. I need a summary report of all vendors paid and a summary total. No detail.

There is a report called AP Paid Invoice Register. It is one of many reports available but not automatically included in your report lists/menu. You can add it by clicking on Reports Manager under AP Reports. Then click New to add a new report. This report (and others) should be found in Timberline/Accounting/Reports.

If you have Report Designer, you can also view/print it from there without adding it to your AP list.

Thank you. We do have that. It only shows us the paper checks cut but doesn't include the EFT payments for some reason.

It also give too much detail Every payment.

Sorry, I think I listed the wrong report. We use AP Vendor Amts Paid. I thought it was a Sage/Timberline report that we changed for our use, but maybe we created it.  We actually have it set to show the past two years, and use it to decide which vendors to archive.

Is there a way I can attach the file here for you all?

I found under AP/REPORTS/CASH MANAGEMENT/PAID INVOICE REGISTER, a report I can use. I had to set the conditions. It had a condition already set up for Payment Date Cnd/Equal to/and the value was a check mark; then added a condition for Payment Type/Greater or equal to/None...... it gave me everything including BUT unfortunately there is no summary. I have to sort through every vendor and all the payments but the information is there.

Did you try removing the condition from AP-Reports-Miscellaneous-1099 Preparation ?
