If you have access to Report Designer, you can go to Tools, Available Fields. Select the table or tables you want to see and click OK. Check the box Include information for ODBC reporting? and click print preview. At the top of each page, you will see the file name, table name and record number.

Since you are interested in the data tables, you may want to check out some of the upcoming training classes we have for reporting. We have sessions available that cover the overall data structure, as well as sessions for beginning and advanced Report Designer and Crystal Reports sessions.

Thanks a lot! I'm trying to get access to report designer. I had a feeling it would have something like you described.

Not sure about the courses at the moment, but will try to create a business case for it :)
