I have a custom Crystal Reports Design for Service Management Invoice detail that is formatted for landscape 11x8.5". When I Print Preview the design within Sage 300 CRE, it will only display in portrait orientation 8.5x11". I have tried changing printer objects to no avail. Oddly enough, I have a remarkably similar design for Accounts Receivable Invoice detail that is formatted this way and does display properly as landscape 11x8.5". This is ultimately an export format and, fortunately, all columns do export to Excel properly for me even though they do not appear in Print Preview. It would be very helpful to see all columns in the Print Preview window in order to be able to really take advantage of the design and it's drill-down capability. Has anyone else come across this issue and/or have a fix they could suggest?
