When we print work orders from Service Management we go to Print Preview and click the print icon. We found the Page Setup icon and changed it two copies and it only worked that one time. When we opened up the next work order in print preview we still had to change the Page Setup to 2 copies or just hit the print icon twice. Is there a way to change and save the setting so it will always print two copies?

We were thinking it was this way before, but maybe not or we reset something.
